ABOUT ME
I am a Clinical Nutritionist with a Master’s degree in Nutrition, specialising in women’s health, hormonal transitions, and energy regulation across the career span.
My work focuses on translating physiology into practical strategies that support both individual wellbeing and sustainable workplace performance.
Across midlife, many women experience hormonal transitions — including perimenopause — that can influence sleep quality, stress responsiveness, cognitive clarity, and energy stability. These changes are common, but often misunderstood in both clinical and workplace settings.
Alongside clinical practice, I develop and deliver workplace education programs designed to improve awareness, reduce misinterpretation, and support sustainable performance across teams. This work sits at the intersection of clinical nutrition, public health, and organisational wellbeing.
My approach is evidence-informed, structured, and grounded in physiology — avoiding oversimplified or trend-based health advice.
The goal is not perfection, but stability.
Supporting women to maintain energy, clarity, and long-term health, while helping organisations better understand and support the realities of midlife.
